We offer $19.95 promotional shipping. You must select the "Our Best Way" to get this shipping option, if you select a ground shipping option you will be charged for that, and it will be shipped that way. Our best way shipping is where you only pay our set rate and we ship whichever is cheapest for us whether it is UPS , FedEx or USPS. Please understand that we are a victim to our shipping carriers and will always charge shipping accordingly however with the pricing being dimensionally we can only go so low.
If you are located outside US and we ship to you, please be advised that we are not responsible for your countries custom fee's or taxes.
Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days unless shipping is upgraded.
If you reject a package YOU will be responsible for the charge to send the package back to us along with the standard restocking fee of 20%. NO exceptions.
