Ordered some 1/32 & 1/16 sheet stock which I use in free flight kits and control line subjects. I always hold my breath when ordering wood I can’t personally see, but National has been doing a pretty good job on selection. So far nothing I would not use . I plan to buy more soon.

I have ordered perhaps 8 times. Usually thin stock around .125 inch which I rip to 1/4 strips for boat models. Quality has always been excellent. Packaging sound. Shipping reliable.

The 1/16th x 12" x 24" plywood is perfect for the deck on my radio controlled IOM sailboat.
Order was taken & filled in a very timely manner. The material was clear of blemishes. The only thing I could wish for is a size 3/8 x1/2 that is not in stock. But all in all, delivery and material were just as I wanted. Thanks, National Balsa, Mike

Just thought I'd send you a picture of the canoe I built with 1/4x3/4x48 balsa strips from your shop. It's 20 feet long, 4 feet wide, weighs about 100 lbs and survived its first outing on the lakes of the Allagash waterway.

"My engineering class (high school seniors) created a suspension bridge from balsa you supplied last year. It took my entire class of 18 students about 4 months to build. In the end, a 50lb cart drove across the full length of the bridge and I stood in the middle of the span with a total load of 200lbs on the road deck. The bridge itself is 2m long and 40 cm wide with a tower height of about 1m."
