I have three parrots who love your soft balsa wood! People tell me 'oh you can just get cheap lumber at home depot etc, but I've looked carefully at theirs and it might be fine for projects etc but some has sap and big splinters , I don't trust it for my birds !You make it easy to know what I am getting, for instance you always make note that larger pieces might have glue on it so I know not to get that! It's soft enough that I at 80 years old am able to cut it down some for my little Gypsy whose beak is not in best shape, My Chloe Marie Umbrella Cockatoo is so excited when she sees the tall box! All three Johnny Richter Gypsy Rose and Chloe Marie just love your Balsa, if you ever decide to do a percentage off I'll be first in line! Mean while the free shipping is a blessing!
