Our 3/32 x 1/4 x 36 Sitka Spruce Sticks are ideal for construction of small scale aircraft. Sitka Spruce is twice as heavy as balsa, but ten times stronger, making it the perfect material for wing spars, longerons, and diagonal braces in fuselages and tail sections. Its fine, even texture and straight grain ensure a reliable build.

Alexander Hall Not that I really needed additional spruce at this time, but since I was purchasing some light grade 1/16 balsa I added a few other items to the cart.
It was all very reasonably priced and fortunately it topped the scales to have free shipping included.
Not only were the items dispatched the same day, they arrived the next, admittedly I'm in RI, so not too far, but am very appreciative to have a great outfit in the area with quality material.
Would love to visit some day!
