My order of balsa and hardwood arrived five items short. I understand errors can happen regardless of how efficient the system is. I contacted the team at National Balsa and after sincerely apologizing for the shortage and any inconvenience it may have caused me, they immediately shipped the missing items arriving within 48 hours. Unfortunately the shipping carrier crushed the container and the contents were destroyed. After contacting the National Balsa team once again with photos of the crushed box, they reshipped the items arriving on my doorstep within 24 hours !
